The Gong Fu Tea Ceremony is a slow, intentional tea experience designed to deepen presence, connection, and inner reflection. This is not a tea tasting or educational class. It is a guided contemplative journey using rare, high-quality loose-leaf teas served in the traditional Gong Fu style. Participants are invited into quiet relationship with the tea — noticing sensation, memory, emotion, imagery, or insight. There is no “right” way to experience the ceremony. The tea becomes a mirror, a threshold, and a gentle guide inward. Each ceremony includes: • 2–3 premium loose-leaf teas from my private collection • Guided grounding and sensory awareness • Optional reflective prompts • A shared closing integration moment This offering is ideal for: • Yoga retreats • Women’s circles • Wellness gatherings • Spiritual retreats • Intimate spa events • Leadership or creativity intensives The Gong Fu Tea Ceremony creates a refined pause within a larger experience — grounding participants, deepening the container, and leaving guests with a sense of being both centered and expanded. Investment: Starting at $675 (3 participant minimum | $225 per participant) Maximum 8 participants per ceremony Multi-day/multi-ceremonies retreat bookings available. Travel & Accommodations are additional. For retreats outside the Lawton, OK area: • Travel fee based on distance • Private lodging provided by host OR hotel covered • Access to potable hot water and a quiet indoor space required Booking Terms • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure date • Remaining balance due 14 days prior to event • Final participant count due 7 days prior
