Less than 1% of my spiritual experience comes from books, but from 'doing the actual work'.  My experience has been spent under the tutelage of four different Mentors:  Two Taoist Masters, One Catholic, Lightworker/Healer, & my Primary Mentor in Yogic, Ayurvedic, Mysticism, & Inner-Alchemy teachings.  It is in my ability to find the "common threads" among various lineages, that I am able to relate & guide an eclectic-spread of student beliefs & experiences.

I spent 27 years of my life, studying ‘Outward Expression’ as a writer, competitive dancer & film and TV actress.  Through these modalities, I acquired the power of the written word & belief, & the skills of supple movement, energy manipulations, emotional-journeying, to empathetically ‘live, speak, think, & breathe in another’s shoes’, & to alter states of reality.

 

Towards the tail-end of those pursuits, I began overlapping my training with studies in ‘Inward Expression’ or more specifically, “Inward-Excavation" & Elevation.  My studies with my teachers in both ancient & modern day practices,  continued my growth and has spanned over 17 years.
